Thanks for the well wishes. I can’t do a low carb diet very well, though I probably should due to my disposition to diabetes. I did South Beach successfully for a while, but once I got off the train, I couldn’t get back on it. Good luck on your diet! :)

My husband I just started a low carb diet at the beginning of the year. So far, we’re doing pretty good. But it’s definitely something we need to actively pursue. Good luck with WW. I tried the online version before but it didn’t work very good for me Probably not enough accountability!

I love veggies but I like cookies too. I have to balance what I eat more. But damn it’s hard.
